产品简介：一种磺酰胺类抗生素，具有抗菌，抗炎和抗风湿作用。 Sulfapyridine is a sulfonamide antibacterial. At one time it was commonly referred to as M&B. Sulfapyridine is no longer prescribed for treatment of infections in humans. However, it may be used to treat linear IgA disease. It is a good antibacterial drug, but its water solubility is very pH dependent. Thus there is a risk of crystallization within the bladder or urethra, which could lead to pain or blockage. As with other sulfonamides, there is a significant risk of agranulocytosis, and this, rather than the development of resistance by bacteria, is the main reason for its decline in use.

体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→40% PEG300→5% Tween-80→45% Saline Solubility: ≥ 3 mg/mL (12.03 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 3 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 30.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；再向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后再继续加入 450 μL 生理盐水 定容至 1 mL。 2、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% (20% SBE-β-CD in Saline) Solubility: ≥ 3 mg/mL (12.03 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 3 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 30.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 20% 的 SBE-β-CD 生理盐水水溶液 中，混合均匀。 3、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% Corn Oil Solubility: ≥ 3 mg/mL (12.03 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 3 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液，此方案实验周期在半个月以上的动物实验酌情使用。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 30.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 玉米油中，混合均匀。 注：以上溶液建议现用现配，在短期内尽快用完。 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；一旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。
体外研究：Sulfapyridine inhibits production of IL-8, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1), and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in synovial cells of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).MIC range of Sulfapyridine for Y. enterocolitica is 3.1-25 μg/mL and for Salmonella 25-100 μg/mL. Campylobacter jejuni/coli are less susceptible to Sulfapyridine with MIC values ranging from 200 to 800 μg/mL. Shigella and three of five E.coli strains are resistant to 1600 μg/mL of sulfapyridine. Two strains of E. coli are inhibited by 25 μg/mL.
体内研究：Sulfapyridine (1 and 10 μg/kg; i.p.) significantly inhibits systemic allergic reaction induced by compound 48/80 in rats.
