产品简介：主要活性成分，具有抗炎作用。Tussilagone 改善葡聚糖硫酸钠诱导的小鼠结肠炎的炎症反应。Tussilagone 抑制盲肠结扎和穿刺导致脓毒症的小鼠的炎症反应，提高其生存率。 Tussilagone is an inhibitor on ß-catenin dependent Wnt pathway. It acts by suppressing ß-catenin/T-cell factor transcriptional activity and down-regulating ß-catenin level.
溶解性：溶于DMSO（62mg/mL 超声）
储备液保存：-80°C, 6 months -20°C, 1 month (protect from light)
体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% Corn Oil Solubility: ≥ 6.25 mg/mL (16.00 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 6.25 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液，此方案实验周期在半个月以上的动物实验酌情使用。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 62.5 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。 2、请依序添加每种溶剂： 15% Cremophor EL→85% Saline Solubility: 3 mg/mL (7.68 mM); 澄清溶液; 超声助溶 注：工作液建议您现用现配，当天使用。 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；一旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。
体外研究：Tussilagone suppressed the expression of the inflammatory mediators, nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2, and the inflammatory cytokines, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1), in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells and peritoneal macrophages. Tussilagone also reduced the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinases and nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) involved in the activation of various inflammatory mediators in activated macrophages.
体内研究：Tussilagone administration (1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg) produced decreased mortality and lung injury in CLP-activated septic mice. Augmented expression of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and TNF-α in pulmonary alveolar macrophages of septic mice were attenuated by tussilagone administration.
