产品简介：从海洋海绵中分离出的次生代谢产物，对革兰氏阳性细菌 (bacteria) 显示出有效的抗生素作用，并具有针对HIV-1 的抗病毒活性 (IC50=14.6 μM)。

体外研究：Aeroplysinin 1 shows anti-proliferative effect against tumor cells (HT-1080, HTC-116, HeLa, THP-1, NOMO-1and HL-60 cells), with IC50s ranging from 2.3 to 17 μM. Aeroplysinin-1 also exhibits an antiviral activity toward HIV-1 caused by inhibition of its reversetranscriptase activity. Aeroplysinin 1 inhibits P. phosphoreum, C. wailesii, P. minimum and HIV with IC50s of 3.5, 5.6, 7.0and 14.6 μM. Aeroplysinin 1 inhibits human endothelial cells (EVLC-2, HMEC, RF-24, and HUVEC cells), with IC50s rangingfrom 2.6 to 4.7 μM. (+)-Aeroplysinin-1 (0.25-0.5 μM) blocks the EGF-dependent proliferation of both MCF-7 and ZR-75-1 humanbreast cancer cells and inhibits the ligand-induced endocytosis of the EGF receptor in vitro.
