体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： corn oil Solubility: 10 mg/mL (24.23 mM); Clear solution; Need ultrasonic and warming and heat to 45°C 2、请依序添加每种溶剂： 17% Polyethylene glycol 12-hydroxystearate in saline Solubility: 6.25 mg/mL (15.14 mM); Suspended solution; Need ultrasonic and warming and heat to 42°C 3、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% EtOH→90% corn oil Solubility: ≥ 1.67 mg/mL (4.05 mM); Clear solution 此方案可获得 ≥ 1.67 mg/mL (4.05 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 16.7 mg/mL 的澄清 EtOH 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；⼀旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。
靶点：PPARα; C/EBPα
体外研究：Fucosterol (0-50 μM; 7 days) suppresses the expression of PPARα and C/EBPα when compared to fully differentiated control adipocytes[1]. Fucosterol shows cytotoxicity against T47D and HT29 cell lines with IC50 values of 27.94 and 70.41 μg/ml, respectively Fucosterol decreases cell HEK293, MCF-7, and SiHa cells proliferation with IC50 values of 185.4, 43.3, and 34.0 μg/ml, respectively.
体内研究：Fucosterol (oral adminstratin; 30mg/kg) causes a significant decrease in serum glucose concentrations, and exhibits an inhibition of sorbitol accumulations in the lenses.
