产品描述：一种血管紧张素转化酶 (ACE) 抑制剂。Temocapril hydrochloride 可以用于高血压、充血性心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死、胰岛素抵抗和肾脏疾病的研究。Temocapril is a prodrug of the ACE inhibitor, temocaprilat (IC50 = 3.6 and 7.6 nM in isolated rat lung and aorta, respectively).1 Upon oral administration it is rapidly deesterified to the active form, which remains long acting until excreted in bile and urine.1 In clinical trials, it has been used to reduce blood pressure, improve endothelial dysfunction, and prevent vascular remodeling, as well as improve insulin sensitivity and renal function in certain hypertensive or diabetic conditions.
