The hydrophilic spacer arm provides better solubility to the labeled molecules in aqueous media. Dde protecting group allows efficient release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin under mild conditions with hydrazine. PEG Linkers may be useful in the development of antibody drug conjugates.
