The ANB-NOS crosslinking reagent contains an NHS ester that reacts with primary amines and a nitrophenylazide group that is photoreactive at 320-350 nm toward amino groups. ANB-NOS Crosslinker is useful for making ADCs (antibody drug conjugates).
