产品描述：一种 PROTAC linker，属于 PEG 类。可用于合成 PROTAC 分子。Azido-PEG9-t-butyl ester is a PEG derivative containing an azide group and a t-butyl ester. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. This product has not formal name. For the convenience of scientific communication, we named it by combining its Inchi key (3 letters from the first letter of each section) with the last 5 digits of its CAS number or its molecule weight if its CAS number is not available.
