产品描述：一种 PROTAC linker，属于 PEG 类。可用于合成 PROTAC 分子。Thiol-PEG4-acid is a PEG derivative containing a thiol group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The thiol group reacts with maleimide, OPSS, vinylsulfone and transition metal surfaces including gold, silver, etc. The terminal carboxylic acid can be reacted with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond.
