产品描述：是基于 PEG 结构的 PROTAC linker，可以用来制备 PROTAC。Biotin-PEG2-C6-azide is a PEG derivative containing a biotin group and an azide group. The azide group can react with either alkyne moiety in Cu(I)-catalyzed Click Chemistry reaction or DBCO moiety in copper-free Click Chemistry reaction to form a stable triazole linkage. The spacer arm helps to minimize steric hindrance involved with the binding to avidin molecules. PEG Linkers may be useful in the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs)
