产品描述：一种 PROTAC linker，属于 PEG 类。可用于合成 PROTAC 分子。N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-Boc-PEG3-acid is a branched PEG derivative with a terminal azido group, Boc protected amino group, and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The protected amine can be deprotected by acidic conditions. The terminal carboxylic acid can be reacted with primary amino groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond. This product has not formal name. For the convenience of scientific communication, we named it by combining its Inchi key (3 letters from the first letter of each section) with the last 5 digits of its CAS number or its molecule weight if its CAS number is not available .
