产品描述：一种 PROTAC linker，属于 PEG 类。可用于合成 PROTAC 分子。N-(Amino-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-acid) HCl salt is a PEG derivative containing an amino group with two terminal carboxylic acids. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The terminal carboxylic acids can be reacted with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond. PEG Linkers may be useful in the development of antibody drug conjugates. This product has not formal name. For the convenience of scientific communication, we named it by combining its Inchi key (3 letters from the first letter of each section) with the last 5 digits of its CAS number or its molecule weight if its CAS number is not available.
