体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→40% PEG300→5% Tween-80→45% Saline Solubility: ≥ 1 mg/mL (2.27 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 1 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 10.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；再向上述体系中加入 50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后再继续加入 450 μL 生理盐水 定容至 1 mL。 2、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% (20% SBE-β-CD in Saline) Solubility: ≥ 1 mg/mL (2.27 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 1 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 10.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 20% 的 SBE-β-CD 生理盐水水溶液 中，混合均匀。 3、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% Corn Oil Solubility: ≥ 1 mg/mL (2.27 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 1 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液，此方案实验周期在半个月以上的动物实验酌情使用。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 10.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。 注：建议现用现配，在短期内尽快用完。 4、请依序添加每种溶剂： PBS Solubility: 33.33 mg/mL (75.50 mM); 澄清溶液; 超声助溶 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；一旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。

体外研究：The sigma receptor might be involved in several diseases in the central nervous system. Cutamesine, a potent σ1receptor agonist, has 103-fold higher affinity for σ1 (IC50=17.4 nM) than σ2 (IC50=1,784 nM) sites in guinea pig brain membranes. Cutamesine is 14-fold selective for σ1 (Ki=4.6 nM) over σ2 (Ki=63.1 nM) sites in guinea pig brain homogenates. Cutamesine protects motor neuron NSC34 cells against superoxide dismutase 1 and serum free neurotoxicity. It upregulates the phosphorylation levels of Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) 1/2. Cutamesine reduces the activation of the MAPK/ERK pathway and down-regulated the ionotropic glutamate receptor, GluR1.
体内研究：Cutamesine extends the survival time in the SOD1G93A mice.
激酶实验：结合测定： σ1受体亚型使用(+)-[3H]pentazocine标记，而σ2受体亚型在200 nM (+)-pentazocine存在下使用1,3-[3H]di(2-tolyl)guanidine ([3H]DTG)标记。该反应通过将1.0 mL终体积的0.2 mL膜制剂和未标记的σ受体配体加入包含3H-配体的混合物起始。在37 ℃培育150分钟进行 (+)-[3H]pentazocine结合研究，在25℃下培育90分钟进行[3H]DTG结合研究。
