Norleual is a highly potent HGF/c-MET inhibitor (IC50=3pM). 靶点/IC50 c-Met/HGFR Angiotensin Receptor   体外研究 Norleual at 20 and 50pM significantly reduces HGF-dependent c-Met and Gab1 phosphorylation. 20pM Norleual dramatically reduces HGF-initiated association between Gab1 and c-Met in HEK293 cells.
