产品描述：一种 PEG 类 PROTAC linker， 含有一个叠氮基团。N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-Boc-PEG4-NHS ester 可以用来合成 PROTAC。 N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-Boc-PEG4-NHS ester is a branched PEG derivative with a terminal azide group, Boc protected amino group, and a terminal NHS ester. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The protected amine can be deprotected by acidic conditions. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. This product has not formal name. For the convenience of scientific communication, we named it by combining its Inchi key (3 letters from the first letter of each section) with the last 5 digits of its CAS number or its molecule weight if its CAS number is not available .
