GNE-2861 sensitized tamoxifen resistant MCF-7/LCC2 breast cancer cells to tamoxifen. PAK4 is overexpressed and/or genetically amplified in lung, colon, prostate, pancreas, and breast cancer cell lines and tumor tissues.
