Animal Model: Harlan-bred,male CF-1 mice (18-20g),depression models Dosage: 3mg/kg,30mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection Result: Significantly decreased the immobility time in the mouse tail suspension test at the dose of 30mg/kg.   推荐实验方法(仅供参考) 激酶实验： 结合试验 大鼠脑组织在9体积0.32M蔗糖中使用设置为50(10个上下行程)的旋转杵均质化。匀浆以1×103 g，在4 ℃下离心10分钟，收集上清液，并以2×105g在4℃下离心20分钟。将得到的沉淀重悬浮，达到大约2mg/mL的蛋白质浓度。将沉淀重悬浮在Kreb’s-Hepes缓冲液中 (20mM Hepes，4.16mM NaHCO3，0.44mM KH2PO4，0.63mM NaH2PO4，127mM NaCl，5.36mM KCl，1.26mM CaCl2，和0.98mM MgCl2) pH 7.0，再在每个试管中加入30μg–150μg蛋白质。所有试验在0.5mL终体积中进行。应用适当的放射性配体和试验条件，测定Reboxetine对39种不同受体和6种酶靶点的亲和力。
