产品简介：Arformoterol ((R,R)-Formoterol) tartrate 是 Formoterol 的 (R,R)-对映异构体，是一种长效 β2-肾上腺素能受体 (β2-AR) 激动剂，Kd 为 2.9 nM。Arformoterol tartrate 可用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD) 的研究。
靶点：Beta-2 adrenergic receptor：2.9 nM (Kd)
体外研究：Arformoterol tartrate induces cAMP accumulation in cultured human bronchial epithelial cells.
体内研究：Arformoterol tartrate (10 ng in 0.1 ml saline/20 g body weight; intranasal instillation) mitigates Cl2-induced increases of respiratory system resistance and elastance in mice. Arformoterol tartrate reverses histamine- and ovalbumin-induced bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs (ED50s=1 and 40 nmol/kg, respectively).
