产品描述：一种口服活性的促肝药，是一种抗纤维化物质，可选择性抑制5-lipoxygenase(5-LOX)(IC50=4.7μM)。Malotilate通过降低肝脏乙醛水平并防止转铁蛋白保留在肝细胞中，从而预防了酒精-吡唑肝炎中肝细胞损伤的发展。Malotilate is a hepatoprotective agent that inhibits A23187-induced metabolism of arachidonic acid to the 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) metabolites leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and 5-HETE. Malotilate prevents increases in plasma glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) activities in a rat model of carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury. It reduces hepatic deposition of type III procollagen, type IV collagen, laminin, and fibronectin in a rat model of dimethylnitrosamine-induced hepatic fibrosis.
