The final concentrations in the reaction well are 10μM ATP, 0.5μM IRAK4 CH373, 1.6μM IRAKI peptide, 1mM MgCl2, 2mM DTT, 5mM MnCl2, 0.01 % BSA, and 0.01 % Tween-20. The volume of the reaction is 45 μL.The reaction mixture is incubated at room temperature for 30 minutes and stopped with the addition of 5μL of 100mM EDTA.
