体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→40% PEG300→5% Tween-80→45% Saline Solubility: ≥ 2.17 mg/mL (5.31 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 2.17 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 21.7 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；再向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后再继续加入 450 μL 生理盐水 定容至 1 mL。 2、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% Corn Oil Solubility: ≥ 2.17 mg/mL (5.31 mM); 澄清溶液 此方案可获得 ≥ 2.17 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液，此方案实验周期在半个月以上的动物实验酌情使用。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 21.7 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 玉米油中，混合均匀。 注：工作液建议您现用现配，当天使用。 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；一旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。

体外研究：Trifloxystrobin (2-500 μM, 24-48 h) 降低 HaCaT 细胞活力。 Trifloxystrobin (0.5 μM, 48 h) 通过肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体 (TRAIL) 介导的途径诱导HaCaT 细胞凋亡。 Trifloxystrobin (25-200 μM, 4-48 h) 对分化的人 SH-SY5Y 细胞有神经毒性。
体内研究：Trifloxystrobin (30.0-58.6 μg/L，斑马鱼胚胎暴露于 trifloxystrobin 受精后96 h) 对斑马鱼胚胎具有高度毒性。 Trifloxystrobin (在 50 g 土壤中加入 1mL trifloxystrobin-acetonitrile 溶液制备土壤。在混合acetonitrile 挥发后，将添加的土壤与额外的土壤混合，制备出 500 g 含有 0.1, 1.0 和2.5 mg/kg trifloxystrobin 的等份样品，使用 7-56 天) 在两种土壤中诱导氧化应激和 DNA 损伤。
细胞实验：Cell Cytotoxicity Assay: Cell Line:HaCaT cell Concentration:2 μM, 3.91 μM, 7.81 μM, 14.63 μM, 31.25 μM, 62.50 μM, 125 μM, 250 μM, 500μM Incubation Time:24 h, 48 h Result: Decreased the cell viability in a concentration-dependent manner. Showed the IC50 value of cell viability at 24 h was calculated to be 22.9 μM, and that at 48h was 5.14 μM. Apoptosis Analysis: Cell Line:HaCaT cell Concentration:0.5 μM Incubation Time:24 h, 48 h Result:Induced the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins, apaf-1, procasp-9, procasp-8, and cytc. Observed both only Annexin V-FITC (green)-positive cells and Annexin V-FITC (green)-/PI(red)-positive cells.
