体内研究：Biperiden hydrochloride (intraperitoneal injection, 10 mg/kg, everyday, 3 weeks) reduces tumor size by 83% in subcutaneous xenograft mouse using Panc-1 human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells. Biperiden hydrochloride (intraperitoneal injection, 8 mg/kg, every 8 hours, 10 days) can reduce frequency of spontaneous seizures and extracellular hippocampal glutamate levels while cause a long-term decrease in hippocampal excitability.
