Goserelin (100 μM; 24-72 hours) influences EOC cell apoptosis by upregulating FOXO1 through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
体内研究：Goserelin (100 µg; s.c.; daily; for 19 days) significantly increases the proportion of apoptotic cells in the subcutaneous xenograft tumors.
