产品描述：一种有效的选择性GS3抑制剂。AZD-1080 is a potent and selective GS3 inhibitor that deonstrates peripheral target engageent in Phase 1 clinical studies. AZD1080 inhibits tau phosphorylation in cells expressing huan tau and in intact rat brain. Interestingly, subchronic but not acute adinistration with AZD1080 reverses -801-induced deficits, easured by long-ter potentiation in hippocapal slices and in a cognitive test in ice, suggesting that reversal of synaptic plasticity deficits in dysfunctional systes requires longer ter odifications of proteins downstrea of GS3β signaling.
