产品简介：BRD6989 是天然产物皮质抑素 A (dCA) 的类似物，可抑制 CDK8 并上调 IL-10。BRD6989 选择性结合 CDK8 复合物，IC50 为 ~200 nM。BRD6989 抑制重组 CDK8 或 CDK19 复合物的激酶活性。
溶解性：溶于DMSO （25 mg/mL）
储备液保存：-80°C, 6 months -20°C, 1 month
体内实验：1、请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO→90% corn oil Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (7.87 mM); Clear solution 此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (7.87 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。 以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。 ＜1mg/ml表示微溶或不溶。 普西唐提供的所有化合物浓度为内部测试所得，实际溶液度可能与公布值有所偏差，属于正常的批间细微差异现象。 请根据产品在不同溶剂中的溶解度选择合适的溶剂配制储备液；一旦配成溶液，请分装保存，避免反复冻融造成的产品失效。

体外研究：Pretreatment of BMDCs with BRD6989 (0-100 μM; for 48 hours) increases IL-10 production with an EC50 of ~1 μM. BRD6989 (0.6, 1.7, 5, 15 μM) suppresses phosphorylation of the STAT1 transactivation domain at Ser727 in IFNγ-stimulated BMDCs. BRD6989 (5 µM; ~2 hours) suppresses induction of STAT1–STAT2 activity and NF-κB activation to a varying degree after stimulation of BMDMs. BRD6989 (5 µM; 24 hours) enhances IL-10 production in activated human and murine macrophages and dendritic cells.
