L-165041 prootes VEGF RNA stabilization in HPV18-harboring HeLa cells through a receptor-independent echanis. L-165041 inhibits VEGF-induced angiogenesis, but the antiangiogenic effect is not related to PPARδ. L-165041 inhibits rat vascular sooth uscle cell proliferation and igration via inhibition of cell cycle.
